None B-10 cross section in Geant4 wrong?

Dear G4 experts/friends,
    I'm using G4 for dose simulation of boron neutron capture therapy. I used three different physicslist: QBBC, QGSP_BERT_HP, QGSP_BIC_HP
    I changed the boron-10 concentration in my model and QBBC gave me a result which is quite different to QGSP_BERT_HP and QGSP_BIC_HP.
    I would like to trust QGSP_BIC_HP or QGSP_BERT_HP since the neutron source I use is 2eV single energy, single direction source. But when I increase the boron concentration, the QGSP_BERT_HP and QGSP_BIC_HP told me that the dose will decrease which is obviously wrong. I was really confused about this result. 
   Attach_1 is my model and material description. Attach_2 is the results with different models.
