Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. I'm working on modelling in-target isotope production rates. I would like confirmation (and possibly a source that verifies) that the cascade models such as the Bertini, the Binary and the Liege cascade models do not natively deal with radioactive decay. (And as a consequence the isotope generated do not decay via their appropriate methods).
I strongly suspect that this is the case, but have been unable to find corroboration to this thought. I would guess that you would have to couple the Geant Radioactive Decay list(s) to take the output of the cascade models to process decay of the isotopes generated by the cascade models.
Is it anywhere in the Physics Reference manual?
