Question G4HadronPhysicsQGSP_BIC_HP *** G4Exception : HAD_NUCLEUS_001

Using G4HadronPhysicsQGSP_BIC_HP physics and generating low energy (ueV) neutrons I am getting this warning:

      issued by :  G4Nucleus::GetBiasedThermalNucleus 
 Failed sampling after maxNumberOfLoops attempts : forced exit! 

*** This is just a warning message. *** -------- WWWW -------- G4Exception-END --------- WWWW -------

Another question about physics list - from the output it looks like generic ions and He3 have no elastic model/process, while all other hadrons/baryons do:
