There's a discussion of this in the Application Developers Guide, section 5.2.3.3. Summarizing: heavy flavor decays (like Bs) are generally too complex, having too many decay channels and in many cases model dependencies. For this reason Geant4 does not implement a specific decay of such particles. The most common use-case is for these decays to be handled by an event generator, like Pythia, and transfer the decay products to Geant4. An example of this is in geant4/examples/extended/eventgenerator.
