 Ionization is the scattering of the projectile on electronic cloud. It contributes to dE/dx. Angular deviation is neglected.
 Angular deviation of the projectile on target *nuclei* is the task of multiple scattering.
 Both mechanisms belong to the electromagnetic physics sector.

 See Geant4 Physics Reference Manual, and/or tutorials, like :

 In PhysicsList of Hadr06, you can *not* register EmStandardPhysics and see what happen.
 It is also recommended to run and analyse events one by one with tracking/verbose 2
