 You are right : Hadr03 is not a realistic simulation; only a program of test. Develop your application from Hadr06 ( or an example from basic subdirectory).

 The purpose of my answer was only to focus your attention on the value of the cross section, which explain why you have so few events in 1 um of silicon.
