Dear all,
in the example Hadr03 the cross section is calculated from the MeanFreePath. What I meant with my question (sorry, I am quite new to GEANT4)
is if this is the usual way to obtain cross sections.
In TestEm0 it is said that the cross sections and stopping powers used by the standard electromagnetic package can be printed via G4EmCalculator which extracts these data from the PhysicsTables.
Is there a physics table also for hadronic interactions, pls? I guess that if there is, the result from the printing and the one from calculating the cross section from the mean free path, should tend to be same once enough events are run in the latter case.

Thanks, regards, Francesca
