Dear Geant4 Gurus:
I am a complete Geant4 novice. I hope it won't scare you away.
I work in the fusion research and we have a question about proton beam impacting lithium and producing neutrons. The proton energy is below 2.5 MeV and the lithium is few microns thick. I would like to find out the energy spectrum of the outgoing neutrons.
(1) Would Geant4 be appropriate tool to approach this problem? I read an old posting in this forum and it seems plausible.
(2) Would anyone have an example?
Thank you so much for your time and any help,
Ales Necas, Ph.D.
