Maybe, the easiest way to deal with this situation is:
1. Delete irrelevant data from text files in $G4NEUTRONHPDATA/Inelastic/Gammas directory. So levels with energies higher than hadron binding energy will not de-excitate via gamma emission.
2. In G4NeutronHPInelasticCompFS::CompositeApply http://www-geant4.kek.jp/lxr/source/processes/hadronic/models/neutron_hp/src/G4NeutronHPInelasticCompFS.cc#L408 replace gamma with an alpha (for example).
3. Redefine aHadron from here http://www-geant4.kek.jp/lxr/source/processes/hadronic/models/neutron_hp/src/G4NeutronHPInelasticCompFS.cc#L273 as target-isotope minus alpha.
4. Divide summarized kinetic energy of aHadron and alpha between them according to their masses.
