F01 data do have de-excitation mode information, which is represented by LR flags indicating type of reaction - simple (LR=0), complex or breakup (LR>=1). But ENDF-6 format handles reactions with LR>1 in the same way as reactions with LR=0 i.e. producing only photons. I do not know if anyone has ever encountered data with LR=1.
