I conclude this strange feature comes from large peak of capture cross section of Fe56 slightly above 1keV. Absence of the feature in 1keV neutrons supports this. Initial difference of neutrons well smeared while deceleration process by elastic scatterings and they reach the energy relatively close time.

The difference in amplitude between QGSP_BERT and QGSP_BERT_HP is not investigated at this moment, but we generally think HP result is more reliable.
