I seem to have the same problem. I tried to use the complete pre-build physics list QGSP_BIC_AllHP via:

 G4VModularPhysicsList* phys = new QGSP_BIC_AllHP(2);
 runManager->SetUserInitialization(phys);

I also get a segmentation violation:

 ### HadronElasticPhysicsHP is constructed
 /geant/geant-data/G4NDL4.5
 @@@ G4ParticleHPInelastic instantiated for particle neutron data directory variable is G4NEUTRONHPDATA pointing to /geant/geant-data/G4NDL4.5/Inelastic

 Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
 0x00007ffff3f71b96 in G4ParticleHPChannel::UpdateData(int, int, int, int, double, G4ParticleDefinition*) () from /geant/geant4101_qt_ogl_gdml/lib/libG4processes.so

I'm not sure if this is caused by an error in my code or in the physics list. But the code runs fine (at least no segfault / transportation is possible) with QGSP_BIC_HP.
