Thank you very much for your reply! I have tried with G4.10.0.p02. However, similar results were obtained. Seen in the attachment Ti.out.txt, no nucleus is produced by (n,2n), (n, n+p), (n,n+a) reactions for Ti-48, while recoil nucleus can be observed in the case of iron (please find in the attachment Iron.out.txt). Since you have observed correct nucleus production in G4.10.0, I begin to doubt my setting of G4. I installed the G4 with following packages: GEANT4.9.6.p02, G4NDL4.2; GEANT4.10.p02, G4NDL4.4. The environment variables: G4NEUTRONHP_SKIP_MISSING_ISOTOPES and G4NEUTRONHP_DO_NOT_ADJUST_FINAL_STATE have been set to 1. Did you use other neutron data libraries instead of G4NDL4.4 in your simulation? By the way, is there study that validates the recoil production by NeutronHP processes of GEANT4?
