Hi Vladimir,

Yes, QBBC gives the same result. 

All the physics lists use same model (Bertini) and cross sections, for
photonuclear process at this energy, and give the same results. 

I modified a physics list to use binary cascade and it is also the same
(low statistics though).

  Process: photonNuclear
        Model:            BertiniCascade: 0 eV  ---> 3.5 GeV
        Model:           TheoFSGenerator: 3 GeV ---> 100 TeV
     Cr_sctns:            PhotoNuclearXS: 0 eV  ---> 100 TeV
     Cr_sctns:          GheishaInelastic: 0 eV  ---> 100 TeV
