Depending on the availability of evaluated data and the completeness
of the radioactive-decay database, you might want to try your luck
with the ParticleHP model. It is a new model that will be available in
the upcoming Geant4 version (10.1) and that handles
light-charged-particle-induced (and neutron-induced) reactions at low
energy using cross sections from evaluated data files.

Hope that helps,
Davide
