Question Low energy hadronic Cross Section for 11^C Production

Hi, we are simulating with Geant4 10.0.02 a chamber containing high-pressure nitrogen, on which we direct a point-like beam of protons with energy of 15.3 MeV (this is just a preliminary test). Using the "PreCompound" model for hadronic physics and setting each time one of the several preset dataSet for the cross sections, we cannot achieve the desired result (comparing with IAEA data) for the production of 11^C ( p+14^N->11^C+alpha). We used also other models model (such as BinaryCascade, Bertini, INCLXX), but using the "PreCompound” and the G4ChipsProtonInelasticXS (we tried also G4BGGNucleonInelasticXS, G4CrossSectionInelastic, G4ProtonInelasticCrossSection, G4IonProtonCrossSection and G4HadronInelasticDataSet) we obtained the best results. Is there anyone who has ever tried to do something similar? What can we do? Is there a relatively simple way to set the cross section for this reaction channel without going to change all the physics? It accepts any advice, thank you all.
