 Not yet a direct answer...
 In recent release (10.1 beta) you will find:
- in Hadr04, NeutronHPphysics can be used together with others physics constructors.
- Hadr06 shows how to re-use G4HadronElasticPhysics to add  HP, including thermalScattering.
