The mass table is not given in form of database file as for some processes but is given in the source code itself. This is actually the atomic mass excess that is hard coded in the class G4NucleiPropertiesTableAME03. Then some formula are used in the same class to compute the atomic mass and nuclear mass from the mass excess.
