Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. I'm trying to simulate the decay of an isomer in 210Ra implanted into a silicon strip detector with use of Geant4.10.00.p01. For this I define the ions through particle gun like this:

For the physics list I use, for a start, the one from extended/rdecay02 example.
The code compiles without any problems, but the spectrum in the output is not what I expect.
I would have thought to see the transitions to the ground state and then the alpha-decay from the g.s. => I want to see the alpha-lines in the spectrum. But I don't. Same happens (see attachment) when I set excitEnergy to zero (directly produce the ground state).
In the output I get a lot of this warning:
