Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.
Inline: Display the subject line only or also the text of the posting(s); for the choice "All" the "Outline" choices are switched off.

There have been many changes in both the FTF and Bertini models since Geant4 9.4.
According to your plot, it looks like it is FTF that is affecting you most. Changes that might be responsible for the difference are:
1) interactions of p pi and K on H were tuned to better reproduce data for thin target experiments
2) string mass sampling was changed for baryon-like strings
3) new parameterizations for internal FTF cross sections
4) the Delta-isobar probability was changed.
I'll bring your plot to the attention of the FTF developer in Geant4 as I'm sure it would be of interest to him. In the mean time, if it's not too much trouble, it would be useful to repeat your study with Geant4 9.5, which does not include the above changes. And then repeat with 9.6, which includes 1) through 3).
