Hi everyone,
I'm trying to simulation the gamma resulting from interaction of 14MeV via inelastic process. I am shooting a 14MeV neutron beam to a box of 12C. The gamma-rays I can get from the inelastic process are 9.63MeV 4.43MeV 3.21MeV. And the 4.43MeV is familiar to us as the atomic deexcitation of 12C. But the 9.63MeV and 3.21MeV come from the atomic deexcitation or some other processes?I think there are two probable reasons: Firstly,The process I use ( QGSP_BIC_HP in geant 4.9.6) does not have the process of inelastic process and then atomic Deexcitation. Secondarly, the 9.63MeV and 3.21MeV are the atomic deexcitation of 12C. And how can I get the theoretical atomic deexcitation of target nucleus in inelastic process.
What can I do? Thanks for your help!
