Question life time negative and no RadioactiveDecay post Fission (geant4 v10 patch01)

Dear G4 Experts,

I just installed version 10 patch 01 of Geant4.

My MC based on the example Hadr01 (version number 10) compiles without any problems.

At run I see a lot of warnings (never seen in version 10) as:

*** G4Exception : HAD_RDM_011
      issued by : G4RadioactiveDecay::GetMeanFreePath()
Ion has negative lifetime -1001 but is not stable.  Setting mean free path to DBL_MAX

I use the FTFP_INCLXX_HP (coupled with ABLA De-excitation Model) and in my PhysicsList.cc I added the G4RadioactiveDecay as follows:

.....
  raddecayList = new G4RadioactiveDecayPhysics();
....
 delete raddecayList;
-------------------------------------------------------------

In fact, the list of processes activated I get:

 Transportation,.... Decay,   RadioactiveDecay,..............
-------------------------------------------------------------

I shot 20 GeV protons on a target of lead. I need neutrons. When the MC begins to run I see:

Activate Fission Fragments Production for the target isotope of Z = 92, A = 235 As the result, delayed neutrons are omitted and they should be taken care by RadioaActiveDecay.

Activate Fission Fragments Production for the target isotope of Z = 92, A = 238 As the result, delayed neutrons are omitted and they should be taken care by RadioaActiveDecay.

but I've never seen any print .... no Radioactive decays... no delayed neutrons...

Where am I wrong?
