Thank you! I will try to use tracking and stacking methods.

The neutron energy is in the range from 10 MeV to 3 GeV. When I use only HadronElasticPhysicsHP and HadronPhysicsFTFP_BERT_HP, the all are seemed to be ok. All nuclei lie in a broad energy region from about keV to 100 MeV with the peak around several MeV. But when I add to these physics, for example, G4EmStandardPhysics, a large part of product nuclei have a zero energy.
