News models is used for interactions of neutron with matter

Hello everyone, I am trying to simulate interactions of neutron (energy above 100MEV) with matter (contain C, H and O). In examples/extended/runAndEvent/R02, I found that G4LElastic, G4LCapture and G4LFission are used for Elastic, capture and fission processes; however with inelastic there are three models used G4BinaryCascade, G4LENeutronInelastic and G4HENeutronInelastic. I got difficulty to understand about this example:

1. Are G4LElastic, G4LCapture, G4LFission and G4LENeutronInelastic, G4HENeutronInelastic one of the parameterization driven models? (if I didn't get confusion) If this is right, in Inelastic why are G4LENeutronInelastic, G4HENeutronInelastic and G4BinaryCascade used?

2. I wonder whether Binary Cascade model can be used for elastic , capture and fission or not??? because almost documents I found about this model, only inelastic is given as a example.

3. Compare to QGSP_BIC or QGSP_BERT, which kind of model is better to simulate interactions of neutron???

I'm really bewildered about all models due to there are many models and many different expression about them!!!
