Yes, I am using electrons impinging on a tungsten target that generate gammas, which in turn generate neutrons. Geant 4.9.6.p01 version. Probably the problem is that, due to the bremsstrahlung emission, a lot of gammas have low energies (under 6 MeV), not enough to interact through GDR.
I will try to generate directly a bremsstrahlung spectrum between 6 and 18 MeV and see what happens.
I have another question: can I disable some gamma processes (for example pair production) in order to speedup the neutron production?
