 As explained in Readme, the electromagnetic processes must not be registered in Hadr03 context: no energy loss or multiple scattering before hadronic interaction.
 Indeed, only QGSP_BIC (and ElasticPhysics) are relevant here.
 For the rest, I let experts in hadronic physics judge the coherence of your physics list.
 I attach results of 'default' Hadr03, with G4HadronInelasticQBBC physics constructor.
