I have defined my own Physics list and no matter what model I use for Inelastic scattering of neutrons I get the mentioned huge memory leak.

Conclusion: The problem must lie above the model level i.e. somewhere in the general handling of inelastic scattering of neutrons (why is this not happening for protons?).

Still appreciate any help from someone more familiar with Geant's handling of processes.
