None Memory leak in 9.6.0 related to NeutronInelastic

Upgrading from version 9.6.0.b01 to 9.6.0 has caused my simulation to leak a lot of memory (several Mb/s). I shoot neutrons in the energy range 1-20 MeV at a Uranium target.

I have discovered some ways to make the leak disappear which all points towards a problem with inelastic neutron scattering:
1) Inactivate NeutronInelastic process.
2) Use a neutron energy <~5 MeV.
3) Shoot protons instead of neutrons.

Things I have tried that did not remove the leak:
1') Change the target material to Pb as in Hadr00.
2') Change the physics list (tried several: QGSP_BERT, QGSP_BERT_HP, QGSP_BIC, FTFP_BERT).

Unfortunately, of some reason, I cannot reproduce the problem using the Hadr00 example. Any help is appreciated, I'll be happy to run tests to track this leak down.
