 I repeated your exercice with example Hadr03 (to be released with Geant4.9.6)

 1- in my knowledge, neutronHP does not use PhotoEvaporation to generate final state, but G4NDL. I attach the plot of gamma for neutronHP. The caracteristic rays seem to be in place.

 2- QBBC builder use PhotonEvaporation. I attach the corresponding plot, and the conparison of the 2 cases. Only the 375 keV ray seems to be shifted in neutronHP.
