i checked the two txt files you sent and they seemed much better than what i got. well, the 4He(g,d)2H isn't correct but that's fine.

the question now, which physics list did you use? is what you got is anything to do with geant4.9.6?

as you can see from the figure attached. the black line is for the total cross section which is correct. the blue and the green ones are the 2 body break up. as you can see, there is a cut off at 27MeV gamma energy. the red and orange are 3 and 4 body breakup respectively.

the x axis is the gamma energy.

please let me know what do you think, it's really urgent. kindest regards
