Thank you for your response. As can be seen from the attached graphs, substituting

hadrPhysicsList.push_back( new HadronPhysicsFTFP_BERT()) (fig 1) or hadrPhysicsList.push_back( new HadronPhysicsQGSP_FTFP_BERT()) (fig 2)


hadrPhysicsList.push_back( new HadronPhysicsQGSP_BIC_HP())

made a small theta drop-off to start at smaller angles, and not as abruptly (although QGSP_FTFP_BERT smoothed the whole picture way too much), whereas, putting

hadrPhysicsList.push_back( new G4HadronInelasticQBBC()) (fig 3)

in its place, did not really change anything.

But in each case, the small angle drop-off is still present.
