Thank you very much for your answer.

Sorry actually I meant when I put 1 TeV proton beam and I take the output gamma spectrum and I compare the results with parameterization of gamma spectrum from SYBILL code (attached file 1TeV.pdf, red line is result from geant4 simulation). As you can see the low energy part the curves are the same but higher energies there is shift.

Sorry is this connected with different kind of modeling in different codes ?
