To update, this problem appears to persist in version 9.6. Again the problem appears to be that the total energy in de-excitation from the Bi210[46.5] state is not fully represented in the output. Frequently the case is that a single electron is emitted (e.g. 30.2 keV or 42.8 keV), but that is all, and then the Bi210 reappears at the ground state Bi210[0.0], leaving considerable missing energy.
