  The total energy released by atomic deexcitation (ARM) is a bit smaller than the binding energy of electron created from gamma conversion (ICM).
 Only an expert on atomic deexcitation can tell us how much this is correct or not ... 

 a variant would have been what we did up to now in PhotoElectricEffect (standard) : forget atomic deexcitation, and treat binding energy as local energy deposit.
