 With a small test program, I got what follow.
 Physics Constructors are adapted from runAndEvent/RE04

 note : this test program is under development, and not yet in Geant4 public.

 The run consists of 10000 neutron of 15 MeV through 10 m   of Boron11 (density: 2.46 g/cm3 )

 Process calls frequency --->	NeutronInelastic= 10000

 MeanFreePath:	12.198 cm  +- 12.023 cm 	massic: 30.007 g/cm2 
 CrossSection:	0.081981 cm^-1 		massic: 0.033326 cm2/g

 Verification : crossSections from G4HadronicProcessStore:
    NeutronInelastic= 0.03362 cm2/g
    total = 0.03362 cm2/g

   List of nuclear reactions: 

             neutron + B11[0.0] --> alpha + Li8[0.0]:     137   Q =  -7.054 MeV
     neutron + B11[0.0] --> gamma + alpha + Li8[0.0]:     374   Q = -5.8963 MeV
   neutron + B11[0.0] --> gamma + neutron + B10[0.0]:     451   Q = -4.1811 MeV
   neutron + B11[0.0] --> gamma + neutron + B11[0.0]:    3485   Q = -1.1787 keV
  neutron + B11[0.0] --> gamma + neutron + alpha + Li7[0.0]:    5154   Q =  2.1647 MeV
   neutron + B11[0.0] --> gamma + proton + Be11[0.0]:       4   Q = -9.7226 MeV
  neutron + B11[0.0] --> gamma + proton + neutron + Be10[0.0]:      62   Q = -500.93 keV
    neutron + B11[0.0] --> gamma + triton + Be9[0.0]:     184   Q = -9.5625 MeV
           neutron + B11[0.0] --> proton + Be11[0.0]:      82   Q = -10.774 MeV
            neutron + B11[0.0] --> triton + Be9[0.0]:      67   Q = -9.5597 MeV

   List of generated particles: 

       B10[0.0]:     451  Emean =  1.1368 MeV	( 152.23 keV --> 3.6093 MeV)
       B11[0.0]:    3485  Emean =  1.9038 MeV	( 14.283 keV --> 4.3162 MeV)
      Be10[0.0]:      62  Emean =  1.4038 MeV	( 211.75 keV --> 3.0595 MeV)
      Be11[0.0]:      86  Emean =  1.3454 MeV	( 330.02 keV --> 2.4284 MeV)
       Be9[0.0]:     251  Emean =  1.9079 MeV	( 28.349 keV --> 3.9763 MeV)
       Li7[0.0]:    5154  Emean =   2.015 MeV	( 1.0583 keV --> 8.9314 MeV)
       Li8[0.0]:     511  Emean =  3.1701 MeV	( 337.89 keV --> 6.4663 MeV)
          alpha:    5665  Emean =  2.5168 MeV	( 24.86 keV --> 8.6283 MeV)
          gamma:   27375  Emean =  2.6836 MeV	( 1.0014 keV --> 8.9163 MeV)

   Momentum balance: Pmean =  24.821 keV	( 853.9 eV  --> 68.854 keV)
