There is a bug with G4AlphaInelasticProcess in Geant4 9.5 (http://bugzilla-geant4.kek.jp/show_bug.cgi?id=1361).

You can simply avoid this bug by changing the following line of your code

G4AlphaInelasticProcess* a_inel_proc = new G4AlphaInelasticProcess();

to

G4HadronInelasticProcess* a_inel_proc = new  G4HadronInelasticProcess("AlphaInelastic",G4Alpha::Alpha());
