None triton Seg fault in underground physics example.

Hi, I was working on a photo-disintegration simulation that is when i discovered that whenever tritons are produced i get a segmentation fault. My physics list is adapted from G4 underground physics list. I have reproduced the problem by replacing the gammas in one of macros provided to tritons at different energies in the G4 advanced underground physics example.

no matter what energy the tritons have, there would be a segmentation fault as soon as trions are produced.

A close look into the problem, i found that if one exclude the ionisation process then the simulation work just fine.

here's the part that causing the problem: if one comment the stared line, then the code work fine.

i have another segmentation fault with neutrons processes. whenever i include both neutron capture and neutron elastic processes i get a segmentation fault. excluding one of them, the simulation will work fine. This problem is can be also reproduced in the underground physics example. to do that: change the material of any part of detector to high density hydrogen and shoot it with neutrons.
