  I repeated your exercice in the context of rdecay01. 
  Run interactively commands like :
 #
 /gun/particle ion
 /gun/ion 92 238 92 0.
 #
 /rdecay01/fullChain true
 #
 /rdecay01/event/printModulo 1
 #   
 /run/beamOn 1
 #
 /grdm/nucleusLimits 230 238 90 92
 #
 /run/beamOn 1

 etc ...

 It seems that nucleus (Amin, Zmin) also decays, so the chain can potentially go down to (Amin-4, Zmin-2)
