None problem with nucleus limits in radioactive decay module

Hi,
when I try to simulate 2-to-4 decays from U238 or Th232 chain, I do not get the correct number of them. For example, if  I shoot a U238 ion (/gun/ion 92 238 0 0) with different nucleus limit I get:

U238  - Th234 (grdm/nucleusLimits 230 238 90 92) 
Th232 - Ra228 (grdm/nucleusLimits 228 232 88 90) 
Expect 2 decays, in the simulation 4.

U238  - Pa234 (grdm/nucleusLimits 234 238 90 92)
Th232 - Ac228 (grdm/nucleusLimits 228 232 89 90)
Expect 3 decays, in the simulation 1.
 
U238  - U234  (grdm/nucleusLimits 234 238 92 92)
Th232 - Th228 (grdm/nucleusLimits 228 232 90 90)
Expect 4 decays, in the simulation 1.


If I simulate 1 decay, equal to 5 or more, I get what I expect, e.g.:
U238  - Th230 (grdm/nucleusLimits 230 238 90 92)
Th232 - Ra224 (grdm/nucleusLimits 224 232 88 90)


Is it me or GEANT4 doing something wrong?
