Question unidentifed positron emission in hadr01

Forum: Hadronic Processes
Date: 12 May, 2011
From: Yusuf <Yusuf>

hi, I run hadr01 example whereas the mother volume is air and the target is water and analysed the data using root. i found the spectrum of the positron extend from .1 to 10 Mev( inside the target ) as we know the maximum positron energy for 15^O is 1.72 MeV. so if anyone please can explain the reason of presence of 10 Mev positrons inside the target, or simply this just a bug in the code. i attached a copy of the positron spectrum. Yusuf
