Hello,

If your interest focused to very low-energy neutron phzsics then you need to use HP package. Other models use at these energies very approximate cross sections and algoriths of sampling of final state.

Note, that HP package include options allowing to take into account media temperature.

For details, please, consult Geant4 manuals.
