As you have hinted in your other message, I do use a Physics List I built myself.
Thanks for the insight on the reference physics lists, I overlooked them as a beginner
because I didn't liked to be blind on the physics, but I will give them a second more
experimented look. I will be studying and experimenting them for the next days, and
perhaps modify one. As for my neutron capture process, if it can help, this is what
I had defined :

#include "G4HadronCaptureProcess.hh"	// Process
#include "G4NeutronHPCapture.hh"	// Model (0-20 MeV)
#include "G4LCapture.hh"		// Model
pmanager = G4Neutron::Neutron()->GetProcessManager();
G4HadronCaptureProcess* NeutronCaptureProcess = new G4HadronCaptureProcess();
G4NeutronHPCapture* NeutronHPCaptureModel = new G4NeutronHPCapture();
G4LCapture* NeutronCaptureModel = new G4LCapture();
