Hello Adam,

It is more bad documentation than bug itself, however, should be fixed. We did not change elastic physics for 9.4 but only reorganize builders. G4HadronElasticPhysicsHP is more correct, because is using precise neutron elastic model. G4HadronElasticPhysics is using simplified model which suprisingly provides shorter visible range of neutrons (I would expect another result).
