Ok, I managed to reproduce the feature of the problem using the example: /examples/extended/hadronic/Hadr01

setting QGSP_BIC (or QBBC or QGSC_BERT) as physics list energy 3 TeV particle alpha

At 100 GeV and above no secondaries particles are produced whereas at 10 GeV there are. So I conclude that none of the physics list cited above is suitable for an application at very high energy (TeV scale). Does anyone knows if a physics list is available for the TeV scale ?

Thanks
