Hello Laurent and Michel,

I developed the code Lise uses in her simulation and I will brief you some info about the simulation but please let me know what kind of details you find useful in order to help her solve this inconvenience.

The geometry is just a set of Ge detectors in close packing with some Si detectors, no overlaps (I checked them) and the Physics list used in the simulation is the same as the one used in the radioactivedecay example (rdecay02) For the primary generation action we are using the GPS.

Maybe the difference in the PhysicsList included in the rdecay02 and rdecay01 might is the key to the overestimation? That would explain the 778keV peak, but how about the others? Maybe is a binning problem? It certainly doesn't look like a FWHM problem.
How about the underestimation of the 1465keV peak?

Just to double check. We are using geant4.9.3 along with the latest CLHEP and Data Files. Is it the same as you use? Maybe it was too fast to migrate to that version.
