I would like to avoid crash of the code when He3 with Ekin > 60 GeV is found (since no model is found). Following the suggestion of editing G4IonBinaryCascadePhysics in source/physics_lists/builders, I tried to make changes in G4IonBinaryCascadePhysics.cc, but I see no effect. Even the typos I made in the code on purpose do not give error when the program runs.
Furthermore, QGSP_BIC seems not to handle interactions of high energy alphas (Ekin > ~ 80 GeV) with air.
Considering my lack of experience, could please anyone help me modify the necessary parts of the code or any suggestion of another hadronic model that resolves the issues for high energy alphas' interactions?
Any help is appreciated, Halil
