Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. According to your traceback, it is 3He that has the ptoblem and not the alpha.
Geant4 models currently do not do a good job of treating 3He or heavy ions for incident energies greater than about 20 GeV/A. Because of this the physics list explicitly imposes a 20 GeV limit and does not assign a model for higher energies, hence your error message for 60 GeV.
If you are not concerned with the quality of 3He propagation (alphas will be OK), you could consider raising the 20 GeV limit for 3He only so that your code does not crash. To do this you need to modify your copy of the builder class G4IonBinaryCascadePhysics (in source/physics_lists/builders). Just a few lines need to be modified in the constructor and ConstructProcess methods of this class.
