Dear geant4 experts, I am trying to simulate the neutron yield of (D,D)C(D,T) reactions. The incident particle is deuteron from a static voltage accelerator in the range 80keV to 300 keV and the target is 1mm Mo base with 1um TiD coat, the PhysicsiList has been adopted from example gexdrmh. But failed to get neutron yield. After read the relevant posts in the forum, I just wonder may be the physical models are not suitable in this case. The hadronic part on deuteron is listed here:

Could someone tell me how to solve this problem? By the way, step limter has been used to limit the deuteron step length in the 1um TiD coat layer. So I guess the problem is mostly on hadronic model and cross-section. Thanks in advance!
