Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. the problem of your result is probably related to the dimensions of the phantom you are using to collect the dose. The default dimensions of the phantom are 40 x 40 x 40 mm that are optimal for proton beams of energy not greater then 70 MeV.
In the file macro/detectorGeometry.mac you can find messenger to change the position, the dimensions and the number of the voxels of the phantom. Moreover take in mind that the output file gives the number of the slice (or voxel) and not the depth. So you have to convert to obtain a depth depending on the slice dimension you are using.
