The setup used is a varied material target, with ~2 MeV neutrons incident upon it, placed in a very low density experiment hall. Occasionally neutrons of ~10 eV, in a non-material dependent manner, produce a particle of A=1, Z=2, this then causes the program to crash. I am using the QGSP_BERT_HP physics list, and running the current version of GEANT4. Whole events do occur, but its usually after ~20 events that this error happens. Does anyone have any suggestions if this is my application or a physics issue?
The error in question outputted is: G4NucleiProperties::GetNuclearMass: Wrong values for A = 1 and Z = 2
